In-stock orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm ET dispatch within 48 business hours. Standard delivery to the contiguous U.S. typically takes 3–6 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened or used power tools are covered under the 2-year limited warranty instead. See our Return Policy page for full details.

Power tools and tool storage carry a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Consumables (drill bits, blades, gloves) are excluded. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed over TLS-encrypted connections.

At this time we ship only to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available through this store.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in USD and include applicable U.S. sales tax where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled.

Product use and safety

Power tools and hand tools involve inherent risk. Always read the manufacturer's manual, wear appropriate safety gear, and follow ANSI and OSHA guidelines for your task. ForgeCraft Tools is not liable for injury arising from misuse of products sold on this store.

Intellectual property

Product images, copy and branding on this site are the property of ForgeCraft Tools, Inc. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Processing time

In-stock orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM ET are typically dispatched within 48 business hours. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery

Standard (contiguous U.S.): free on orders over $99; otherwise a flat rate of $7.95. Delivery in 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Expedited: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery in 2–3 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO: standard rates apply, delivery 7–14 business days. Oversized items may incur a surcharge shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for carrier scans to appear.

Damaged or lost shipments

If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse it or note the damage on the carrier's record and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Warranty

30-day change-of-mind returns

Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will issue a prepaid label and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

2-year limited warranty

Power tools and tool storage products are covered for 2 years from the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover consumables (bits, blades, brushes), normal wear, misuse, unauthorized repair, or commercial fleet use beyond 1 year.

How to start a return

Email support@forgecrafttools.example with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions and a return authorization number.

Established 2019 · Indianapolis, Indiana

ForgeCraft Tools was founded by a group of tradespeople and makers who were tired of buying tools that felt cheap out of the box and failed halfway through a job. We started out of a single garage workshop and now operate from a distribution center on Meridian Industrial Parkway in Indianapolis.

We stock power tools, hand tools, storage and safety gear that we would actually use on our own projects. Every item we list is inspected and function-tested before it reaches you. If it isn't good enough for our own bench, it doesn't go on the shelf.
